Texture Application
The addition of a texture to a ceiling or wall can make any room design pop. In addition to the standard textures including Stipple, Popcorn, Orange Peel, Knockdown, and Clamshell, we can also create custom textures. If you have a thought or idea, we can turn it into a custom design.
Texture Removal
If it’s time for a change, and you want that simple clean look only a smooth surface can give, Dugan’s can remove texture from ceilings and walls.
Texture removal can be messy, so we make sure to cover all valuables and furniture prior to beginning. We then sand the texture off the surface using a Festool sander and vacuum as we go so that work area stays as free of debris as possible. We sand the entire surface, prime it, shine a light on the surface to detect and fix any imperfections, then finish with paint. The final product is perfectly smooth and elegant.
